Active substances

Active substances are a group of ingredients that affect the way our skin works.

Often called "elixirs of youth" because they reduce wrinkles, improve the overall appearance of the skin and rejuvenate it. Active substances slow down the aging process and extend cell rebuilding.

Without a solid content of active ingredients, the cream usually does not surprise our skin.

Active substances are a large group of ingredients, which, depending on the place of action, are divided into 3 groups:

substances that act on the skin's surface, with moisturizing and protective effects such as oils, butter, exfoliants

substances reaching the deeper layers of the skin such as vitamins and peptides

substances that act at the cellular level as antioxidants

So active substances in cosmetics are responsible for how and whether a given cream, serum or lotion will affect us. Thanks to the effective action of the substance, our skin is well moisturized, elastic, has a nice color. It is less sensitive to UV radiation and water loss, i.e. well matched to our active substances, delayed, also the effects of skin aging.
